Procrastination - It’s a trait no one really wants to admit to, but all experience at some point. It could be at work, with household chores, or something as simple as shopping. How often do you tell yourself, I'm “going to” or “fixing to” do something? How many times have you had that burst of excitement about a project, only to find yourself closing the door on an idea, with the notion...

“I’ll get to it eventually.”

THEME: Commit to never procrastinating

PLAN: Hold yourself accountable

In today’s age of technology, there’s little room for excuses NOT to get things done.  Sometimes writing down our ideas, helps to visualize and accomplish a task.

STRATEGY: On your desk, nightstand, or even bathroom mirror, write in BOLD LETTERS, I WILL!

Set small, realistic goals and stick to a plan for achievement. If your goal is to drink more water, write on your refrigerator I WILL drink more water. Eliminate common phrases such as, I’m fixing to, I’m gonna, and I want to. Whatever your goal, start with I WILL. See what a difference I WILL makes as your task list shrinks. You'll find there's more time to set and achieve new goals. Share your “I WILL” with your social circle and inspire others to achieve!
